Shipping
Within the UK we offer:
- Standard shipping (2-4 days, tracked): Free with all orders
- Express shipping (1-2 days, tracked): £2
For shipping within the EU, we offer two options via Evri:
- Standard shipping (5+ days): £5.50
- Express shipping (3-5 days): £7.50
We are IOSS registered and as such, all packages worth less than €150/ £135 will not incur customs clearance charges or delays. If you order three or more covers, we would recommend placing separate orders in order to remain under the €150 threshold per order so that you avoid delays and charges incurred by customs clearance.
Returns
If you are not happy with your order, please let us know at hello@coperi.co.uk. We accept returns within 28 days of despatch and will offer a refund upon receipt of the item as long as it is returned in new and unused condition.
As we are a small business, we are unable to cover the shipping costs of returns and we recommend that you ship via Royal Mail tracked or Signed For as we cannot accept responsibility for lost packages.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
Please let us know immediately at hello@coperi.co.uk if you have received faulty or damaged goods we will offer a full refund and will cover all shipping costs if notified within 30 days of despatch. For items purchased over 30 days after despatch we offer a free exchange.
